Such Employees shall be hired in accordance with the hiring procedures set forth in Article V of the NPLA, and otherwise subject to all terms and provisions of the NPLA.

The terms and conditions of the NPLA are fully binding on all local union affiliates of IBT and such affiliates may not seek to modify or alter any of the terms and conditions set out herein.
The PLA shall define Covered Work as the work perfomed on the Project falling under Article I of the NPLA.
The Indian Preference in Employment Article of each NPLA will be incorporated, and reasonable efforts to incorporate Native American labor.
