  • In the event the Executive, as a result of a physical or mental disability, has been unable to perform his duties under this Agreement on a full time basis for a period of six (6) consecutive months, NPFS may suspend this Agreement upon giving the Executive thirty (30) days advance written notice of such suspension unless, prior to expiration of such thirty (30) day period the Executive resumes performance of his duties on a full time basis.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection.
