Examples of NPE Points in a sentence

  • The NPE Points will persist in the Nonconformity Tracking System as described in Section 8.1 of this Schedule 8 [Quality Management] or as described in Appendix 8-1 [Assignment of NPE Points] of this Schedule 8 [Quality Management].

  • The number of additional NPE Points assigned for each such 28 day period will be equal to the number of NPE Points initially assigned in respect of the NPE, to a maximum per Nonconformity of 50 NPE Points.

  • Any such refraining by BC Hydro from assigning any NPE Points will not excuse the Contractor from performing, nor otherwise affect the Contractor’s obligation to perform, all of its obligations under the Contract.

  • In the event that a Nonconformity continues to persist unremedied beyond the time identified in the applicable Nonconformity Report, then for each complete 28 day period from its original date of issue in accordance with Section 8.1(a)(ii) of this Schedule 8 [Quality Management], Hydro’s Representative may assign an additional number of NPE Points in respect of such unremedied Nonconformity in accordance with Section 8.3 of this Schedule 8 [Quality Management].

  • Whether or not a further Nonconformity Report is issued, NPE Points may be assigned in respect of such unremedied Nonconformity in accordance with Section 8.3 of this Schedule 8 [Quality Management].

  • BC Hydro may set-off, as against any amounts due to the Contractor, any amount owing from the Contractor to BC Hydro under the Contract, including Liquidated Damages, the amounts associated with any NPE Points as calculated in accordance with Section 6.1(d)(v) of this Schedule 11 [Prices and Payment], and other amounts as payable under the Contract.

  • Demarcation Point The Demarcation Point shall have the meaning set forth in 47 Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM): Equipment that links End User xDSL connections to a single packet switch, typically ATM or IP. Direct Trunked Transport (DTT): A DS1 or DS3 interoffice facility that connects the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center of the CLEC’s Local Interconnection Entrance Facility or Collocation to the terminating CenturyLink Tandem or End Office used exclusively for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service and Exchange Access.

  • H-point means the pivot centre of the torso and thigh of the H-point machine when installed in a vehicle seat in accordance with Annex 12. Once determined in accordance with the procedure described in Annex 12, the "H" point is considered fixed in relation to the seat-cushion structure and is considered to move with it when the seat is adjusted.

  • Service Point the place at which the Services are to be performed.

  • Delivery Point(s) means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.
