NPCT definition

NPCT or “National Project Coordination Team” means the team referred to in Section I.A.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement
NPCT means the team referred to in Section I.A.2(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • The Recipient shall establish and thereafter maintain throughout Project implementation, the NTAC with composition, terms of reference and resources satisfactory to the Association, to be responsible for providing technical advice to the NPSC and NPCT relating to the Project.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • EPC means engineering, procurement and construction;

  • NPC means the VA-affiliated non-profit research, or research and education, corporation created and operated under the laws of the state identified on the cover page. The NPC’s role and obligations are set forth in this CRADA pursuant to its statutory authority under 38 U.S.C. §§ 7361-68 and VHA Handbook 1200.17.

Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.

  • MFDA means the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada;

  • NZOC means the New Zealand Olympic Committee Incorporated.

  • NPCC means the Northeast Power Coordinating Council, Inc. (a reliability council under Section 202 of the Federal Power Act) or any successor organization.

  • Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • PSC means the New York State Public Service Commission.

  • TLR means the NERC Transmission Loading Relief Procedures used in the Eastern Interconnection as specified in NERC Operating Policies.

  • TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.

  • Curb Stop means the City-owned valve on a service pipe located on a City street or lane or right-of-way or within an easement at or near the consumer’s property line, or easement line.

Such New Commitments shall become effective as of such Increased Amount Date, and in the case of Incremental Term Loans, shall be made on such Increased Amount Date; provided that (i) the conditions set forth in paragraphs of (b) and (c) of Section 4.02 shall be satisfied or waived by the Required Lenders on such Increased Amount Date before or after giving effect to such New Commitments and Loans; (ii) such increase in the Revolving Facility Commitments and/or the Incremental Term Loans shall be evidenced by one or more joinder agreements executed and delivered to Administrative Agent by each New Lender, as applicable, and each shall be recorded in the register, each of which shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and subject to the requirements set forth in Section 2.17(f); and (iii) the Borrower shall make any payments required pursuant to Section 2.16 in connection with the provisions of the New Commitments; provided that, with respect to any Incremental Term Loans incurred for the primary purpose of financing a Limited Conditionality Acquisition (“Acquisition-Related Incremental Term Loans”), clause (i) of this sentence shall be deemed to have been satisfied so long as (A) as of the date of execution of the related Limited Conditionality Acquisition Agreement by the parties thereto, no Default shall have occurred and be continuing or would result from entry into such Limited Conditionality Acquisition Agreement, (B) as of the date of the borrowing of such Acquisition-Related Incremental Term Loans, no Event of Default under Section 7.01(a), 7.01(b), 7.01(h) or 7.01(i) is in existence immediately before or after giving effect (including on a Pro Forma Basis) to such borrowing and to any concurrent transactions and any substantially concurrent use of proceeds thereof, (C) the representations and warranties of the Loan Parties set forth in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall be true and correct in all material respects as of the date of execution of the applicable Limited Conditionality Acquisition Agreement by the parties thereto, except to the extent any such representations or warranties are expressly limited to an earlier date, in which case such representations and warranties shall be true and correct in all material respects as of such specified earlier date (provided that no materiality qualifier set forth in this subclause (C) shall be applicable to any representations and warranties that already are qualified or modified by materiality in the text thereof) and (D) as of the date of the borrowing of such Acquisition-Related Incremental Term Loans, customary “Sungard” representations and warranties (with such representations and warranties to be reasonably determined by the Lenders providing such Acquisition-Related Incremental Term Loans) shall be true and correct in all material respects immediately before and after giving effect to the incurrence of such Acquisition-Related Incremental Term Loans, except to the extent any such representations or warranties are expressly limited to an earlier date, in which case such representations and warranties shall be true and correct in all material respects as of such specified earlier date (provided that no materiality qualifier set forth in this subclause (D) shall be applicable to any representations and warranties that already are qualified or modified by materiality in the text thereof).

  • Anaerobic digestion ’ means a controlled process involving microbial decomposition of organic matter in the absence of oxygen ;

  • VET means vocational education and training.
