With respect to Buyer's development of the ----------------- Property, Buyer shall, at Buyer's sole cost and expense, apply for and obtain all licenses, permits, approvals and the like from the Town, SFWMD, NPBCID, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and any other federal, state or local governmental agency or authority having jurisdiction over the Property necessary or desirable to permit Buyer to construct and operate its permitted use (collectively, the "Buyer's Approvals").
