NP2 definition

NP2 means the Nominal Price in effect as of immediately after such issuance or deemed issuance of Additional Shares of Common Stock.
NP2 means JEGI Holdings II L.P., a wholly-owned Subsidiary of JustEnergy.

  • The parties agree that from time to time, on an as needed basis, NP-2 bargaining unit members may donate their accrued vacation, personal and/or sick leave to a fellow bargaining unit member who has at least six (6) months of State service and has achieved permanent status and has exhausted his/her own accrued paid time off, who is suffering from a long term or terminal illness or disability.
