NP Share definition
NP Share is the share of the shortfall to be funded by a non-defaulting Participant;
NP Share is the share of the shortfall to be funded by a non-defaulting Participant; “NEGC of NP” is the percentage of Net Effective Generating Capacity of that Participant; “NEGC of DP” is the percentage of Net Effective Generating Capacity of the defaulting Participant; provided that the aggregate shortfall to be funded by the non-defaulting Participants at any time shall not exceed $250,000,000, as adjusted to reflect changes in the Consumer Price Index after July 6, 2016.
