NOx emission rate definition

NOx emission rate means the plant annual NOx total output
NOx emission rate means the number of pounds of NOx emitted per million BTU of heat input (“lb/mmBTU”), with no bypass of NOx emission control equipment, measured as required by this Consent Decree.
