The amount of any and all applicable taxes will be added to the price and paid by Buyer, unless Buyer has provided Novar with exemption certificates acceptable to the taxing authorities.
In particular (unless otherwise agreed in writing) Novar does not warrant the fitness of the product for any specific use which would not be the use for which the product was designed by its manufacturer.
