Notional Capital Amount definition
Notional Capital Amount. The "Notional Capital Amount" at any point in time shall be calculated as 200% of the sum of:
Notional Capital Amount means R28.27 per Option Share (being the aggregate purchase consideration payable in terms of the Sale Agreement of R215,000,000 divided by the number of Option Shares);
Notional Capital Amount shall be calculated on a provisional basis on January 1 of each year as of December 31st of the prior year. On March 1 of each year, the provisional calculation of the Notional Capital Amount shall be adjusted to reflect the actual reserve and Net Premiums figures.
