Notional Book Value definition

Notional Book Value means the net book value of the Company on the Determination Date, which shall be equal to the marked-to-market assets of the Company minus the marked-to-market liabilities of the Company, such determination to be made in the manner provided in Schedule 1.7 attached hereto (the "Valuation Methodology") and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States ("GAAP").
