With respect to the Automated Message Notification Services, the Bank will, through e- mails, AP to AP or FTP (file transfer protocol), provide (i) monthly statements regarding the accounts opened by the Customer with the Bank and (ii) prompt notification regarding transactions made by the Customer with the Bank, including, without limitation, trade financings, remittances, term deposits, or loans.
The Customer acknowledges and understands that the Bank offers the Automated Message Notification Services at its own costs and expenses.
Admin access to publish Customer App will be required on App Store, Push Notification Services and Customer Developer accounts.
The amount stated in Item 3.B.1. of the Declarations is the maximum total number of Notified Individuals to whom notification will be provided or attempted for all incidents or series of related incidents giving rise to an obligation to provide Notification Services, Call Center Services or Breach Resolution and Mitigation Services.
Notification Services will be provided by a service provider selected by the Underwriters in consultation with the Insured Organization from the list of service providers in the information packet provided with this Policy and will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the information packet.
