Notification Preferences definition

Notification Preferences means alerts, notification triggers, geo location warnings, harsh acceleration, harsh breaking, speeding, battery disconnect, monitoring and similar preferences as selected by the Subscriber as applicable based on the functionality and features available as listed in the Transaction Schedule on page 1 of this agreement;

Examples of Notification Preferences in a sentence

  • If you wish to receive paper statements, simply update your Notification Preferences on the Notification Preferences section of the drawer in Account Manager to reflect paper.

  • You can request text messages regarding the status of your account (“Account Text Messages”) by visiting the Notification Preferences section of the drawer, providing a current phone number capable of receiving SMS text messages, selecting your desired type of Account Text Messages, and completing the activation process as described.

  • If you do not wish to receive promotional marketing emails from that Lincoln Automotive Financial Services, you may update your notification preferences by visiting your Profile page and deselecting the Special Offers box under Notification Preferences.

  • You can change the type of Account Text Messages you wish to receive at any time by changing your preferences in the Notification Preferences section of the drawer or replying “STOP” to 89867.

  • Any notices required to be given pursuant to this Agreement shall be effective when received, and shall be sufficient if given in writing, hand-delivered, sent by fax with confirmation of receipt, sent by First Class Mail return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or sent by overnight courier service and addressed to the respective party as provided in the Notification Preferences.
