Notification fee definition

Notification fee means a fee charged by a towing or storage firm for the actual expenses incurred to satisfy the notification requirements set forth in Arkansas Code § 27-50-1208(c)(1) that is not to be charged prior to two (2) business days after the date the towing/storage firm receives the vehicle, and not to exceed the amount set forth in Rule 10.3;
