Notification Charge definition

Notification Charge means such fee as BESCA shall from time to time specify (in accordance with clause 2.5) to be payable by a Registrant.
Notification Charge means such fee as Refcom shall from time to time specify to be payable by a Registrant.

  • Over Notification Charge (ONC) for a Trading Period is calculated as follows: ONC = (Max(VDN – MCE, 0) * STU ) + 100.00 *Num_days Where MCE is the Maximum Contracted Energy VDN is the VIPP Supplier’s VIPP Demand Notification for that Trading Period (in MWh); STU is the relevant Secondary Top-Up appropriate to the relevant Trading Period, as published by the SSA.
