Notifiable Works definition
Notifiable Works all Works to the Premises including Critical Works but excluding Non-Notifiable Works;
Notifiable Works means any works carried out by the Contractor, regulated by the Building Regulations, manufacturer’s recommendations and relevant British Standards applicable at the time of installation in such a way as to compel notification of the Building Regulations Department of the relevant Local Authority.
Notifiable Works means all work that is particularly hazardous and shall have the meaning given to it under the Health and Safety in Employment Regulations 1995.
