Notices hereunder definition

Notices hereunder. All notices and communications hereunder shall be given or made to the parties at their respective addresses set forth below, or at such other address as the addressee may hereafter specify for the purpose of written notice to the other party hereto. Such notices and communications shall be effectively given by WFBCI when and if given in writing and delivered to the address set forth herein, delivered by facsimile or duly deposited in the mails with first-class postage prepaid.

  • Notices hereunder shall be conclusively presumed received as evidenced by a delivery receipt furnished by the United States Postal Service or any reputable commercial delivery service.
