Notice to the Trustee definition

Notice to the Trustee means a written notice made in a manner stipulated in section 6.01 of this Trust Agreement from the Participant and/or the Company, as applicable, to the Trustee.

Examples of Notice to the Trustee in a sentence

  • No nonpayment default that existed or was continuing on the date of delivery of any Payment Blockage Notice to the Trustee shall be, or be made, the basis for a subsequent Payment Blockage Notice.

  • Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee shall be at the address of the Trustee specified in Section 12.02 hereof or such other address as to which the Trustee may give notice to the Holders and the Issuer.

  • Funding Notice means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.

  • The Trustee s responsibility for disbursing the above information to the Certificateholders is limited to the availability, timeliness and accuracy of the information derived from the Master Servicer.
