Notice given definition

Notice given. Notices shall be deemed given when actually delivered or three (3) days after deposit in the United States mail.
Notice given electronically shall be deemed given if sent: (i) By facsimile machine, when directed to a number at which the stockholder has consented to receive notice; (ii) By electronic mail, when directed to an electronic mail address at which the stockholder has consented to receive notice; (iii) By a posting on an electronic network together with separate notice to the stockholder of the specific posting, upon the later of:
