Note Stock definition

Note Stock means all shares of Common Stock issuable from time to time upon conversion of the Note (subject to adjustment in accordance with the terms hereof).
Note Stock means the shares of Parent Stock issuable upon conversion of the Notes.
Note Stock means any shares of Acquiror Common Stock issued as payment in whole or in part of the amount due any Target Shareholder upon the maturity of the First Promissory Note or the Second Promissory Note. Such shares shall be valued at the average closing price of Acquiror Common Stock for the 15 days immediately prior to the maturity date of such notes.
