Note Mortgage definition

Note Mortgage means each deed of trust, mortgage, security agreement, or other document or instrument encumbering real or personal property, which serves as collateral for the repayment of the Notes.
Note Mortgage shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Note Indenture.
Note Mortgage means each mortgage, deed of trust, assignment of leases and rents, leasehold mortgage or other security document that grants a Lien on any real property owned or leased by any Grantor to secure any Note Obligations and Crack Spread Hedging Obligations.
