In the event the Borrower does not timely select an interest rate option at least two New York Banking Days before the end of the Loan Period for outstanding advances of the Revolving Note that are a LIBOR Rate Loan, such outstanding advances, shall, beginning on the first day of the new Loan Period, accrue interest at the Revolving Note LIBOR Rate.
The Borrower may, at its option, from time to time repay or prepay part or all of the outstanding principal balance of the Loans bearing interest based on the Prime Rate or the Revolving Note LIBOR Rate without premium.
