Note For Advance means a promissory note or notes evidencing the Advance substantially in the form of EXHIBIT B, executed by Borrower and payable to the order of Lender, as the same may be replaced, amended, modified, supplemented, restated from time to time, together with any renewals thereof or exchanges or substitutions thereof.
