NOTE DISTRIBUTION DATE means, (i) with respect to the LIBOR Rate Notes, the 15th day of each month (or if such day is not a Business Day, on the next succeeding Business Day), commencing on the date set forth in the related Terms Supplement and (ii) with respect to the Auction Rate Notes, unless otherwise set forth in a Terms Supplement, (A) with respect to distributions of interest, the first Business Day following the expiration of each Interest Period for such Auction Rate Notes and (B) with respect to distributions of principal, the first Business Day following the expiration of the first Interest Period for such Auction Rate Notes ending in each month, commencing on the dates set forth in the related Terms Supplement.
NOTE DISTRIBUTION DATE means, with respect to each Class of Series 1998-1 Auction Rate Notes, (A) with respect to distributions of interest, the first Business Day following the expiration of each Interest Period for such Class of Series 1998- 1 Auction Rate Notes, commencing (i) April 16, 1998 with respect to the Class A-7 Notes, (ii) April 23, 1998, with respect to the Class A-8 Notes, (iii) April 30, 1998, with respect to the Class A-9 Notes and (iv) May 7, 1998, with respect to the Class A-10 Notes; and (B) with respect to distributions of principal, the first Business Day following the expiration of the first Interest Period for such Class of Series 1998-d1 Notes ending in each month.

  • Current Distribution Date means a Distribution Date specified as a reference date for calculating the Expected Distributions with respect to the Certificates of any Trust as of such Distribution Date.

  • Monthly Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.

  • Note Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Note Interest Distributable Amount and the Note Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date.
