Note Authorization definition

Note Authorization shall have meanings set forth in Section 8.1 hereto.
Note Authorization means the Resolution and any written direction to the Issuing and Paying Agent directing the issuance of Notes.

More Definitions of Note Authorization

Note Authorization means any note authorization issued by the Co-Borrowers and the Guarantor in accordance with Section 10.1(6) and other note authorization to be issued by the Co-Borrowers and Guarantor in the future to replace the aforementioned note authorization, each of which should be made in form and substance set out in Appendix 3.

Related to Note Authorization

  • Private Authorizations means all franchises, permits, licenses, approvals, consents and other authorizations of all Persons (other than Governmental Authorities).

  • Authorizations means all filings, recordings, and registrations with, and all validations or exemptions, approvals, orders, authorizations, consents, franchises, licenses, certificates, and permits from, any Governmental Authority.
