Note 16. “Region” refers to an area delineated under the Declaration of Geographical Constituencies (Legislative Council) Order 2011, with the exception of Islands District which is separated from New Territories West. As such, there are 6 relevant regions, namely, Hong Kong Island, Kowloon West, Kowloon East, New Territories West, New Territories East and Islands District. The parties shall state one region only in accordance with the area of the place of work specified in Clause 1 of this Schedule. Note 17: Clause 1 of this Schedule only provides for deployment of the Employee to work within the region specified in Clause 1 of this Schedule under an urgent situation or on an ad hoc and limited basis in the course of this employment contract and is not applicable to any redeployment of the Employee to other posts or work places as a result of the termination of this employment contract or expiry of the government service contracts specified in the Table(s) in Clause 2 of this Schedule, which shall be subject to the mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee and relevant provisions of the Employment Ordinance.
Note 16. The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) mandates that any forensic DNA lab, to be accredited, needs to have a DNA Technical Leader (DTL) assigned to that lab. Anyone assigned to be a DNA Technical Leader shall receive a two premium level pay differential over their salary rate. Anyone assigned as an Assistant DNA Technical Leader (ADTL) will receive one premium level pay differential over their salary rate. Any person designated as a DTL or ADTL must meet the FBI Quality Assurance Standards for Forensic DNA Testing Laboratories (effective July 1, 2009), and subsequent revisions as published by the FBI. Only persons in the classifications of Criminalist II or III (2234-2/3) or Supervising Criminalist (2235) may be appointed as DTL or ADTLs.

  • Note 1 Released Capacity" shall include all transactions which involve the use of gas transportation capacity rights, storage rights or similar off-system rights or assets owned by SCE&G, but only if the cost of those rights or assets is borne by firm gas customers in South Carolina.   • Senior Secured Notes Documents means the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and the other transaction documents referred to therein (including the related guarantee, the notes and the notes purchase agreement).

  • Senior Notes Claim means any Claim on account of the Senior Notes. For the avoidance of doubt, each Senior Notes Claim shall be deemed Allowed as of the Effective Date in an amount equal to (i) the principal amount outstanding under the applicable Senior Notes on the Petition Date, including without limitation any accrued interest and fees paid (or payable) in kind through such date, and (ii) all interest accrued and unpaid as of the Petition Date.

  • Promissory Note means an instrument that evidences a promise to pay a monetary obligation, does not evidence an order to pay, and does not contain an acknowledgment by a bank that the bank has received for deposit a sum of money or funds.
