Bloomberg Screen GCAN5YR Page means the display designated as page “GCAN5YR<INDEX>” on the Bloomberg Financial L.P. service (or such other page as may replace the GCAN5YR page on that service) for purposes of displaying Government of Canada bond yields.
Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.
Display means any device for displaying letters, numbers, images or other indicia or patterns. Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE, and WBE firms.
embedded generator means a generator who is not a market participant and whose generation facility is connected to a distribution system of a distributor, but does not include a generator who consumes more electricity than it generates;
Telerate means, when used in connection with any designated page and LIBOR, the display page so designated on the Dow Jonex Xxxerate Service (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying rates comparable to LIBOR).
Mobile source means a motor vehicle, nonroad engine, or nonroad vehicle. A motor vehicle is a self-propelled vehicle designed for transporting persons or property on a street or highway. A nonroad vehicle is a vehicle powered by a nonroad engine. A nonroad engine is an internal combustion engine that is not used in a motor vehicle or a vehicle used solely for competition, or that is not subject to standards promulgated under section 111 or section 202 of the Act.
Small Tools means items that are ordinarily required for a worker’s job function, including but not limited to, equipment that ordinarily has no licensing, insurance or substantive storage costs associated with it; such as circular and chain saws, impact drills, threaders, benders, wrenches, socket tools, etc.
First Settlement Date means the date set forth in footnote 3 under "Summary of Essential Financial Information" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
Bloomberg Screen SOFRRATE Page means the Bloomberg screen designated “SOFRRATE” or any successor page or service;
Kiosk means a department in a RIME Store.

Display fireworks means large fireworks devices that are explosive materials intended for use in fireworks displays and designed to produce visible or audible effects by combustion, deflagration, or detonation, as provided in 27 CFR 555.11, 49 CFR 172, and APA standard 87-1, 4.1.

Spot Market Backup means the purchase of energy from, or the delivery of energy to, the PJM Interchange Energy Market in quantities sufficient to complete the delivery or receipt obligations of a bilateral contract that has been curtailed or interrupted for any reason.
