Pending the decision of the Independent Engineer The Company shall be entitled to amend Appendix C in accordance with the Notice and if so amended the User shall be liable to pay to The Company the Capacity Reduction Charge such payment to be made within 14 days of the date of The Company’s invoice thereof.
