More Definitions of North Tower

North Tower means the portion of the Building adjacent to Dulles Toll Road consisting of nine (9) floors. “South Tower” means the portion of the Building adjacent to Xxxxx Branch Drive consisting of twelve (12) floors. The rentable square footage of the Building has been computed in accordance with the Measurement Standard except that the outdoor space depicted on Exhibit B-1.1 (the “Fourth Floor Outdoor Space”) has been excluded from such computation. Tenant shall not be responsible for any Operating Costs incurred by Landlord in connection with the maintenance of, or any capital expenditures incurred by Landlord in improving or altering, the Fourth Floor Outdoor Space. The rentable square footages for the Premises, the Building and all Expansion Rights (as defined in Section 1.19.1) space as set forth in this Lease and in the Exhibits attached hereto shall be fixed for all purposes of this Lease and shall not subject to re-measurement.
