North Point means North Point Advisors, LLC.
North Point shall include both North Point Bancshares, Inc. and its subsidiary Dawson County Bank ("Daxxxx Bank")), and XXXXXD COMMUNITY BANKS, INC., a Georgia business corporation (hereinafter "United," and unless the context otherwise requires, the term "United" shall include United Community Banks, Inc. and its subsidiaries, United Community Bank, a Georgia banking corporation, Peoples Bank of Fannin County, a Georgxx xxxking corporation, White County Bank, a Georgia banking corporation, Towns County Bank, a Georgia banking corporation, Bank of Adairsville, a Georgia banking corporation, Carolina Community Bank, a North Carolina banking corporation, First Clayton Bank & Trust Cxxxxxx, a Georgia banking corporation, 1st Floyd Bank, a Georgia bxxxxxg corporation and United Family Finance Company, a Georgia business corporation).
