Normet or “we” or “our” means Normet Corporation (in Finnish Normet Oy) or any of its affiliated company which is the seller or supplier of the Products and/or Services to the Customer.

Examples of Normet in a sentence

  • In such case Normet may, at its option and without prejudice to its other rights, store or arrange storage of the Products or at the Customer’s risk and cost until actual delivery or sale takes place.

  • Any Equipment having a battery-electric drive shall additionally be subject to the separate warranty terms and conditions relating to its battery (Normet Smartdrive – Battery Limited Warranty).

  • Notwithstanding the above, Normet may, at its discretion, institute proceedings before the courts of the domicile of the Customer or any other court having general or special jurisdiction or before any other body of competent jurisdiction, in matters regarding the collection of due payments from the Customer and may also seek injunctive relief to secure its rights.

  • In addition, Normet, its affiliated companies, and/or its service providers may manually download the Equipment Data in connection with any warranty, maintenance or other services provided to the Customer.

  • The Product may be connected to Normet’s or its service providers’ data analytics or information technology systems through which the Equipment Data may be automatically submitted to or remotely accessed by Normet, its affiliated companies and/or its service providers.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Normet shall not be liable for any other damages, losses, costs, expenses, or compensation of any kind for any delay in the delivery.

  • The Customer shall give notice to Normet, in the event it sells, transfers or otherwise disposes of the Product to a third party.

  • If Normet accepts such termination, the Customer shall pay to Normet as a termination fee the sum of: (i) prices for the Services or work actually performed prior to the termination of the Contract; and (ii) reasonable compensation for the costs, expenses and materials incurred by Normet as a result of the termination of the Contract.

  • If Normet is required to pay any Taxes or related penalties due to any action or omission of the Customer (e.g. the Customer not providing correct tax identification number or sufficient evidence of the Products being exported), then the Customer shall on demand indemnify and hold Normet harmless for any such Taxes and penalties.
