Normative Requirements definition

Normative Requirements means those portions of the Final Guideline or Final Maintenance Guideline that are expressly identified as required for compliance with the Final Guideline or Final Maintenance Guideline including those portions of an optional or alternative portion of the Final Guideline or Final Maintenance Guideline that are identified as required for compliance with such optional or alternative portion. For clarity, those portions of the Final Guideline or Final Maintenance Guideline, including any portions of an optional or alternative portion thereof, which are designated by the terms “must”, “shall”, “mandatory”, “normative” or “required” are expressly identified as being required for compliance under this Section 1.12.
Normative Requirements means those portions of the Implementation Draft Specification or 149 Proposed Standard Specification that are expressly identified as required for compliance with the 150 Implementation Draft Specification or Proposed Standard Specification including those portions 151 of an optional or alternative portion of the Implementation Draft Specification or Proposed 152 Standard Specification that are identified as required for compliance with such optional or 153 alternative portion. For clarity, those portions of the Implementation Draft Specification or 154 Proposed Standard Specification, including any portions of an optional or alternative portion 155 thereof, which are designated by the terms “must”, “shall”, “mandatory”, “normative” or 156 “required” are expressly identified as being required for compliance under this definition.
Normative Requirements means those portions of the 134 Proposed Standard Specification that are expressly identified as required for compliance with the 135 Proposed Standard Specification including those portions of an optional or alternative portion of 136 the Proposed Standard Specification that are identified as required for compliance with such 137 optional or alternative portion. For clarity, those portions of the Proposed Standard Specification, 138 including any portions of an optional or alternative portion thereof, which are designated by the 139 terms “must”, “shall”, “mandatory”, “normative” or “required” are expressly identified as being 140 required for compliance under this definition.

  • To the extent that a Member is obligated to grant a reciprocal license to a Member withdrawing under the circumstances set forth in this Section 3.1(b), such obligation shall not apply to any Necessary Claims implicated by any Normative Requirements that are added or changed after the IP Withdrawal Date.

  • Administrative Requirements means the effective edition of ECOLOGY's Administrative Requirements for Recipients of Ecology Grants and Loans at the signing of this agreement.
