Normalized Cash Flow definition

Normalized Cash Flow means for any applicable period the net income from the operation of the Demised Premises plus to the extent deducted in determining such net income, interest expense, income tax expense, depreciation expense, amortization expense and Base Rent expense for the Demised Premises, less capital expenditures for the previous twelve (12) month period; provided, however, for purposes of determining Normalized Cash Flow, and irrespective of the actual management fees paid by Tenant, it shall be assumed that the management fees shall not exceed five percent (5%) of the gross revenues from the operation of the Demised Premises.

Related to Normalized Cash Flow

  • Adjusted Cash Flow means, for any period (the “calculation period”), the sum, for the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries (determined on a consolidated basis without duplication in accordance with GAAP), of the following: (a) Operating Cash Flow for the calculation period minus (b) Capital Expenditures made during the calculation period (excluding Capital Expenditures made from the proceeds of Indebtedness other than Indebtedness hereunder).

  • Annualized Operating Cash Flow means, for any fiscal quarter, the Operating Cash Flow for such fiscal quarter multiplied by four.

  • Consolidated Cash Flow means, with respect to any specified Person for any period, the Consolidated Net Income of such Person for such period plus, without duplication:

  • Consolidated Cash Flow Available for Fixed Charges means, with respect to any Person for any period:

  • Net Cash Flow means, with respect to the Property for any period, the amount obtained by subtracting Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures for such period from Gross Income from Operations for such period.
