Normal Usage definition

Normal Usage means the Battery Product is strictly used for 80% DoD (Depth of Discharge), at 25°C ambient temperature and 0.5C;
Normal Usage means less than two-thousand five hundred (2,500) inbound, outbound or toll free local or long-distance minutes or text messages in aggregate per month per subscriber line, SIP trunk, hosted seat, PRI/T-1 trunk/DS0 or analog line. By way of example only, a Customer who contracts for 50 sip trunks, if the Customer’s total monthly local/long distance inbound minutes or local/long distance outbound minutes (as applicable) exceeds 125,000 minutes / per month (2,500 minutes/sip trunk x 50 trunks) that would be considered in excess of Normal Usage.
Normal Usage means the average usage of the COMMUNITY CARE INFORM Services by all subscribers over the same period as observed by COMMUNITY CARE INFORM subject to a tolerance level of 20%

Examples of Normal Usage in a sentence

  • Tenant shall not install any electrical equipment requiring special wiring or requiring electrical current in excess of Normal Usage unless approved in advance by Landlord.

  • Throughout the Term Landlord shall furnish Tenant without additional charge during Normal Business Hours (as defined in Section 23) a reasonable amount of electric current at 110 volts ("Normal Usage Amount") for lighting purposes within the Premises and the powering of a normal amount of office equipment and appliances.

  • As a material inducement to Landlord to allow Tenant to use Hazardous Materials in connection with its business, Tenant agrees to deliver to Landlord prior to the Commencement Date, a list identifying each type of Hazardous Material (except as to Tenant's Normal Usage) to be present on the Premises and setting forth any and all governmental approvals or permits required in connection with the presence of Hazardous Materials on the Premises ("Tenant Hazardous Materials List").

  • Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to furnish electrical current for special lighting, computers and other equipment whose electrical energy consumption exceeds Normal Usage through the then-existing feeders and risers serving the Project and the Premises, and Tenant shall pay to Landlord the cost of such service within ten days after Landlord has delivered to Tenant an invoice therefore.

  • Landlord shall immediately notify Tenant in writing of (a) any enforcement, cleanup, removal or other governmental or regulatory action relating to the Premises instituted, completed or threatened pursuant to any Hazardous Materials Laws; and (b) any release of a Hazardous Material that Landlord knows or has reason to believe has or will come to be released or located within, on, under or about the Premises or the Project (except for Landlord's Normal Usage).
