Examples of Normal Units in a sentence

  • Until so exchanged, the temporary Certificates shall in all respects evidence the same benefits and the same obligations with respect to the Normal Units or Stripped Units, as the case may be, evidenced thereby as definitive Certificates.

  • Upon surrender for cancellation of any one or more temporary Certificates, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Agent, and the Agent shall authenticate, execute on behalf of the Holder, and deliver in exchange therefor, one or more definitive Certificates of like tenor and denominations and evidencing a like number of Normal Units or Stripped Units, as the case may be, as the temporary Certificate or Certificates so surrendered.

  • Upon such separation, the Normal Units will become Stripped Units.

  • Unless the certificate of authentication hereon has been executed by the Agent by manual signature, this Normal Units Certificate shall not be entitled to any benefit under the Pledge Agreement or the Purchase Contract Agreement or be valid or obligatory for any purpose.

  • Such Contract Adjustment Payments shall be payable to the Person in whose name this Normal Units Certificate (or a Predecessor Normal Units Certificate) is registered at the close of business on the Record Date for such Payment Date.

  • The option to effect Early Settlement may be exercised only with respect to Purchase Contracts underlying Normal Units with an aggregate Stated Amount equal to $1,000 or an integral multiple thereof.

  • The undersigned Holder directs that a certificate for shares of Common Stock deliverable upon settlement on or after the Stock Purchase Date of the Purchase Contracts underlying the number of Normal Units evidenced by this Normal Units Certificate be registered in the name of, and delivered, together with a check in payment for any fractional share, to the undersigned at the address indicated below unless a different name and address have been indicated below.

  • Upon receipt of Treasury Securities from a Holder of Normal Units and the related instruction from the Purchase Contract Agent, the Collateral Agent shall release the Pledged Notes or Pledged Treasury Consideration and shall promptly Transfer such Pledged Notes or Pledged Treasury Consideration free and clear of any lien, pledge or security interest created hereby, to the Purchase Contract Agent.

Related to Normal Units

  • Initial Units means, with respect to any Initial Limited Partner, the aggregate number of Class A Units owned by such Initial Limited Partner as of the date of this Agreement.

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Additional Units means such Units (as defined herein) as are issued in respect of Additional Securities."

  • Core Units means such Units of the Trust that are issued to Core Investors with the condition that these are not redeemable for a period of two years from the close of the First Offer Period. Such Units are transferable with this condition, but otherwise shall rank pari passu with all other Units, save for this restriction. Any transfer of the Core Units, during the first two years of their issue as mentioned herein, shall be affected only on the receipt by the Registrar of a written acceptance of this condition by the transferee.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.
