NORMAL UNBOOKED INVENTORY definition
NORMAL UNBOOKED INVENTORY means any garment Inventory (whether finished, unfinished or in process) owned by the Seller as of the Effective Time that is not Normal Booked Inventory, Prepaid Inventory or Close-Out Inventory. A list of Normal Unbooked Inventory is included on Schedules F-1 and F-2 attached hereto.
