Normal Termination Date definition

Normal Termination Date has the meaning given in Section 3(a).
Normal Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4(a).
Normal Termination Date means the tenth anniversary of the date hereof.

Normal Termination Date means the Director completing 15 Years of Service.
