Normal rainfall definition

Normal rainfall means rainfall that is at the mean or within one standard deviation of the mean of the accumulated annual rainfall record, based upon the water year for Skagit County as recorded at the Burlington/Mount Vernon, Skagit Regional Airport, Washington, United States.
Normal rainfall means that rainfall that is at or above the mean of the accumulated rainfall record, based upon the water year, for the city as recorded at the Seattle Tacoma International Airport, or other local rainfall recording station recognized by the city.
Normal rainfall means that rainfall which is at or near the mean of the accumulated annual rainfall record, based upon the water year for Issaquah as recorded at an official rain gauge in the Issaquah area designated in an administrative rule by the Public Works Director, or if no such designation is made, the official annual rainfall as obtained from information in the Draft Issaquah Valley Groundwater Management Plan.

  • Expected week of childbirth means the week, starting on a Sunday, during which the mother's doctor or midwife expects her to give birth.

  • Normal Operating Conditions means those Service conditions which are within the control of Grantee. Those conditions which are not within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, telephone network outages, and severe or unusual weather conditions.
