  • Norbord will provide ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ legal counsel with reasonable opportunity to review and comment upon drafts of all materials to be filed with the Court in connection with the Arrangement prior to the service and filing of such materials, and will give reasonable consideration to all such comments.

  • Brookfield agrees to promptly notify Norbord and/or ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, as applicable, of any required corrections with respect to any written information supplied by it specifically for use in any such disclosure document, if and to the extent that any such information shall have become false or misleading in any material respect.
