Extradition means the delivering up of a person by one State to another as provided by treaty, convention or national legislation.
Nontransient noncommunity water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least the same 25 persons over 6 months per year.
Transient means any person who exercises occupancy or is entitled to occupancy for any rooms, lodgings or accommodations in a hotel for a period of less than ninety (90) continuous days.

traditional leader means the leader of a traditional authority that had been identified by the MEC in terms of section 81 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act to participate in the proceedings of the council.
Programs refers to (a) the software owned or distributed by Oracle that You have ordered under Schedule P, (b) Program Documentation and (c) any Program updates acquired through technical support. Programs do not include Integrated Software or any Operating System or any software release prior to general availability (e.g., beta releases).
Auxiliary meaning an employee who is employed for work which is not of a continuous nature. "Employee" does not include managerial or confidential positions mutually excluded by the parties to this Agreement or by decision of the Labour Relations Board.
Channels means the standard definition (SD) channel(s)/ high definition (HD) channels, as the case maybe and more specifically listed out by the Broadcaster, along with their Nature, Maximum Retail Price (if any) and respective genre, in Annexure B annexed to this Agreement that are owned/operated by the Broadcaster (including its subsidiary company or holding company or subsidiary of the holding company) ;
Compilation means providing a service to be performed in accordance with statements on standards for accounting and review services that are presenting, in the form of financial statements, information that is the representation of management or owners without undertaking to express any assurance on the statements.
Software means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code; databases and compilations, including any and all data and collections of data, whether machine readable or otherwise; descriptions, flow-charts and other work product used to design, plan, organize and develop any of the foregoing, screens, user interfaces, report formats, firmware, development tools, templates, menus, buttons and icons; and all documentation including user manuals and other training documentation related to any of the foregoing.
Water feature means a design element where open water performs an aesthetic or recreational function. Water features include ponds, lakes, waterfalls, fountains, artificial streams, spas, and swimming pools (where water is artificially supplied). The surface area of water features is included in the high water use hydrozone of the landscape area. Constructed wetlands used for on-site wastewater treatment, habitat protection, or storm water best management practices that are not irrigated and used solely for water treatment or storm water retention are not water features and, therefore, are not subject to the water budget calculation.
Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.
Mixed use development means a Building used, designed or intended for Residential and Non-Residential uses, where:
Package means the packaging together with its radioactive contents as presented for transport.
Promotion means a change from an employee's position to one with a higher maximum salary level.
aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;
Channel means a natural or artificial watercourse with a definite bed and banks that conducts flowing water continuously or periodically.
redundant means being no longer required by an employer to continue doing a job because, for a reason that is not a usual reason for change in the employer's work-force, the employer has decided that the job will not be done by any person.
Player means any Contract Player, Non Contract Player or other player who plays or who is eligible to play for a Club.
