Nonstudent definition

Nonstudent means any person not registered and enrolled in that school or a suspended student who does not have permission to be on the school campus.

Examples of Nonstudent in a sentence

  • Non-student 03 service shall, upon request of the bargaining unit member to the Campus Director of Human Resources, be included in calculating seniority.

  • Non-student days and school breaks shall not be counted as an interruption of the continuous work days.

  • Shift premium shall not apply to Non-student Attendance Periods as defined in Article 20.

  • Non-student, temporary/hourly employees who have worked more than three hundred fifty (350) hours in the previous twelve (12) consecutive month period in a bargaining unit covered by this Agreement who are members of the bargaining unit.

  • Non-student attendance days, statutory holidays and other designated interruptions in the school year, excluding summer break for ten (10) month employees, do not constitute a break in service.

  • Non-student Teaching Assistants and DRC Exam Invigilators will not have priority to vacancies over students possessing the necessary Teaching Assistant qualifications as outlined in Letter of Understanding #2.

  • Non-student days, if worked, will be included as a part of the employee's total annual contracted days.

  • Non-student, temporary/hourly employees who have worked more than three hundred fifty (350) hours in the previous twelve (12) consecutive month period in a bargaining unit covered by this Agreement who have been certified as members of a bargaining unit by the Public Employee Relations Commission (PERC) are governed by the following specific terms.

  • In the event the Company requires additional regular part-time employees in the classification of Non-student or Students, they shall do so by promoting the most senior part-time person in the Front-end Service classification who applies for such position in accordance with the job posting procedure and all such jobs shall be considered as job vacancies.

  • Non-student University employees may voluntarily participate in tax-advantaged, supplemental retirement plans.
