Nonrecoverable definition

Nonrecoverable. A determination by the Servicer in respect of a delinquent Mortgage Loan that if it were to make an Advance or an advance of a delinquent Monthly Payment, respectively, in respect thereof, such amount would not be recoverable from any collections or other recoveries (including Liquidation Proceeds) on such Mortgage Loan.
Nonrecoverable. The determination by the Master Servicer (as successor servicer) or the Servicer in respect of a delinquent Mortgage Loan that if it were to make an Advance in respect thereof, such amount would not be recoverable from any collections or other recoveries (including Liquidation Proceeds) on such Mortgage Loan.
Nonrecoverable means that the undiscounted cash flows expected from the use and eventual disposition of the asset (asset group) being less than the carrying value.

  • In the event of any such arrangement, the Master Servicer shall make timely advances on the related Mortgage Loan during the scheduled period in accordance with the amortization schedule of such Mortgage Loan without modification thereof by reason of such arrangements unless otherwise agreed to by the Holders of the Classes of Certificates affected thereby; provided, however, that no such extension shall be made if any such advance would be a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • The Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee on the related Master Servicer Advance Date an Officer's Certificate of a Servicing Officer indicating the amount of any proposed Advance determined by the Master Servicer to be a Nonrecoverable Advance.
