Nonparent relative definition

Nonparent relative means a dependent child's grandfather,
Nonparent relative means a dependent child's grandfather, grandmother, brother, sister, stepfather, stepmother, stepbrother, stepsister, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew or cousin and includes a permanent guardian who is appointed pursuant to section 8-872.
