Nonlicensed definition

Nonlicensed means a person who does not hold a current Montana educator license, except for a person for whom an emergency authorization of employment has been issued under the provisions of 20-4-111, MCA.
Nonlicensed child care home means an arrangement whereby child care is provided in a home that is not subject to licensure pursuant to G.S. 110-86(2) - (3) or the requirements of G.S. 110-106. Payment for care in the child's home by a member of the household shall be restricted to household members other than the child's parents, responsible adult, or other members of the child's income unit as defined in 10A NCAC 10 .1002. Grandparents, aunts, and uncles, including step and great relationships, are exempt from meeting the requirements in Rules .0809 - .0810 of this Section, except that criminal history records check requirements in G.S. 110-90.2 shall apply.

Examples of Nonlicensed in a sentence

  • Non-licensed developers do not have the right to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any part thereof, to compile, link, build or package the APPLICATIONS using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  • For any Non-licensed Software that is installed and added pursuant to a product computing module load ("PCL") and or non-computing module load ("NCL"), if any, the right-to-use fees shall be the list price for such feature in effect as of the date of activation.

  • Non-licensed employees will be evaluated in accordance with the District’s Evaluation Plan.

  • Non-licensed staff returning from an extended leave of absence will return subject to vacancy.

  • Non-licensed custodial overtime assignments that cannot be filled by building staff will be assigned from a rotating roster of volunteers.

  • Non-licensed unit members working less than 7½ hours but at least four (4) hours per day may join the plan at their own expense.

  • Non-licensed personnel COMMUNITY EDUCATION PARAPROFESSIONALS covered by the following policies and schedules approved by the Board of Education.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).
