Noninterference with Business. During the term of this Agreement, and for a period of two (2) years after the Expiration Date, Director agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company in any manner. By way of example and not of limitation, Director agrees not to solicit or induce any employee, independent contractor, customer or supplier of the Company to terminate or breach his, her or its employment, contractual or other relationship with the Company.
Noninterference with Business. During this Agreement, and for a period of two (2) years immediately following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Consultant agrees not to solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor involved in the performance of this Agreement to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with Company.
Noninterference with Business. During this Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Consultant shall not (to the extent such prohibition is permitted by applicable law) solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor involved in the performance of this Agreement to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with Xxxxxx.
Noninterference with Business. Consultant agrees that information it has acquired as a result of the services it performed hereunder about the Company and its products and services is the confidential and proprietary information of the Company. In order to protect the value of such confidential and proprietary information of the Company, Consultant agrees that on and after the date hereof, Consultant will not disparage the Company, or any individual that is an officer, or director of the Company as of such date, or interfere with any material business relationship of the Company. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Consultant agrees (i) not to hire, as an employee or independent contractor, any employee or consultant of the Company or of any of its affiliates; (ii) not to solicit any employee or consultant of the Company or of any such affiliate to leave the employ of the Company or any such affiliate; and (iii) without limiting any similar obligation under applicable law, not to encourage any customer or supplier of the Company to cease its relationship with the Company, in any of the above cases directly or indirectly, at any time while the Consultant is performing services for the Company and for a period of eighteen (18) months thereafter.
Noninterference with Business. The Properties are presently being used as daycare centers. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Purchaser may not conduct any of its tests or examinations during normal business hours except with the prior written permission of Seller, which may be arbitrarily withheld by Seller. No chemicals or hazardous substances shall be used in any testing or examination except with the prior written permission of Seller. No tools or materials shall be left or stored in or around the Properties during the Properties Review Period. Purchaser agrees to indemnify Seller and hold Seller harmless from the cost, liability, expense or injury to person or property arising out of any violation of this Section 5.5 including but not limited to attorney fees.

By way of example and not of limitation, Consultant agrees not to solicit or induce any employee, independent contractor, or Client customer to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with Client.
Noninterference with Business. During and for a period of two (2) years immediately following termination of this Agreement by either party, Contractor agrees not to solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with SLC.
Noninterference with Business. During this Agreement, and for a period of two years immediately following its termination, and for a period of two years immediately following its termination, Consultant agrees not to interfere with the business of EssTec in any manner. By way of example and not of limitation, Consultant agrees not to solicit or induce any employee or independent Consultant to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with EssTec.
Noninterference with Business. Consultant agrees that during the Term of this Agreement, Consultant will not, without Client’s express written consent, either directly or indirectly engage in any employment or business activity that is competitive with, or would otherwise conflict with the Services rendered to, or that would otherwise interfere with the business of, the Client. Consultant agrees that during the Term of this Agreement, and for one year thereafter, Consultant will not either directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to solicit any employee, independent contractor, or consultant of Client to terminate his, her or its relationship with Client in order to become an employee, consultant, or independent contractor to or for any other person or entity.
Noninterference with Business. During this Agreement, and for a period of two years immediately following its termination, and for a period of two years immediately following its termination, Consultant agrees not to interfere with the business of 1st Step in any manner. By way of example and not of limitation, Consultant agrees not to solicit or induce any employee or independent Consultant to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with 1st Step.
