Common use of Noninterference with Business Clause in Contracts

Noninterference with Business. During this Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Consultant shall not (to the extent such prohibition is permitted by applicable law) solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor involved in the performance of this Agreement to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with Xxxxxx.

Noninterference with Business. During this Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Consultant shall agrees not (to the extent such prohibition is permitted by applicable law) directly or indirectly solicit or induce any Company employee or independent contractor involved in of the performance of this Agreement Company to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with Xxxxxxthe Company.

Noninterference with Business. During this Agreement, and for a period of one two (12) year years immediately following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the Company, Consultant shall agrees not (to the extent such prohibition is permitted by applicable law) solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor involved in the performance of this Agreement to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with XxxxxxCompany.

Noninterference with Business. During this Agreement, and for a period of one two (12) year years immediately following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Consultant shall agrees not (to the extent such prohibition is permitted by applicable law) solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor involved in the performance of this Agreement Agreement, or any client of Company with which Consultant had contact in the performance of this Agreement, to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with XxxxxxCompany, or otherwise reduce the extent of its business relationship with Company.

Noninterference with Business. During this Agreement, and for a period of one six (16) year months immediately following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Consultant shall agrees not (to the extent such prohibition is permitted by applicable law) solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor involved of Company with whom Consultant has contact in the performance of this Agreement to terminate or breach an employment, contractual contractual, or other relationship with XxxxxxCompany.

Noninterference with Business. During this Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Consultant shall agrees not (to the extent such prohibition is permitted by applicable law) solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor involved in the performance of this Agreement to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with XxxxxxForescout.

During this Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Consultant shall agrees not (to the extent such prohibition is permitted by applicable law) solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor involved in the performance of this Agreement to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with XxxxxxCompany.

Noninterference with Business. During the term of this Agreement, Agreement and for a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination or expiration of this AgreementAgreement by either party, Consultant shall agrees not (to the extent such prohibition is permitted by applicable law) solicit or induce any employee employee, consultant, agent, or independent contractor involved in the performance of this Agreement to terminate or breach an employment, contractual contractual, or other relationship with XxxxxxCompany.

Noninterference with Business. During this Agreement, and for a period of one two (12) year years immediately following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Consultant shall agrees not (to the extent such prohibition is permitted by applicable law) solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor involved in the performance of this Agreement to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with XxxxxxCompany. In addition, Consultant agrees to refrain from any disparagement, defamation, libel, or slander of Company, its employees and its Board of Directors during the Agreement and anytime thereafter.
