Nonconformity Report definition

Nonconformity Report or “NCR” shall mean a report to be generated whenever ROMI verifies the existence of non-conforming PRODUCTS, i.e. with technical characteristics or specifications different from the PRODUCTS ordered.
Nonconformity Report has the meaning set out in Schedule 8 [Quality Management];
Nonconformity Report or “NCR” means a document issued in accordance with Section 9.2 [Addressing Nonconformities] of Schedule 9 [Quality Management], to detail the description, proposed rectification and proposed disposition of an identified Nonconformity.

  • Whether or not a further Nonconformity Report is issued, NPE Points may be assigned in respect of such unremedied Nonconformity in accordance with Section 8.3 of this Schedule 8 [Quality Management].

  • If a non-conformance is detected during audit, a Nonconformity Report shall be issued to the client.
