Non-Workday definition

Non-Workday means all days available to work by the employee but identified as non-paid days on the employee’s work calendar as approved by their supervisor.
Non-Workday means a calendar day which is either a weekend or a holiday.

Examples of Non-Workday in a sentence

  • If work is performed using Prepaid Time after Normal Business Hours or on a Non-Workday, one and one half (1.5) hours shall be used from the Estimated Time for each hour outside of Normal Business Hours, the Estimated Time shall be used at the rate of one and one half (1.5) Days for each Non-Workday which is a weekend on which Activities are performed and two (2) Days for each Non-Workday which is a holiday on which Activities are performed.

  • Workday is a period of 24 consecutive hours commencing with the starting time of any shift. For the purpose of calculating compensatory overtime rates only, the time worked prior to, but adjoining to a shift, shall be deemed as time worked after a shift.
