Non Vendors definition
Non Vendors means the minority shareholders of the Companies other than the Vendors, namely ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Sinai, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Sinai and ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Rumpler.
Examples of Non Vendors in a sentence
These irrevocable and unconditional commitments of the Non Vendors mentioned in Annex 5 are enforceable in the sole discretion of the Vendors.
