Non-U.S. Resident definition

Non-U.S. Resident means any Person or entity that is not a U.S. Resident.
Non-U.S. Resident is defined in Exhibit I.2.
Non-U.S. Resident. Any person who is not a “U.S. resident” within the meaning of the Investment Company Act.

Examples of Non-U.S. Resident in a sentence

  • Non-U.S. Resident Aliens: The appropriate tax will be withheld based on IRS Section 1441 and existing tax treaties.
